Our return and exchange policy lasts 5 days from the date of purchase. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original, unopened packaging (please do not break the seal of the jar)
  • Have a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Due to the nature of our products, several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Opened food products (such as ghee or any organic food item)
  • Perishable items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product was not sealed properly upon delivery.
  • The product is expired upon delivery.

How to Process a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at gaukrishna12@gmail.com. You will need to provide your purchase receipt, and the item must be sent back in its original, unused condition. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method, typically within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank or credit card account for any pending refund.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company as processing times can vary.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We will only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at gaukrishna12@gmail.com and return the item to the address provided.

Shipping for Returns:

To return your item, please ship it to the address provided in the return instructions sent via email. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Order Cancellations:

We will only accept cancellation requests if the product has not yet been shipped. If your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a full refund.

Right to Cancel Orders:

Anveshan reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing or informational errors, or issues with the provided personal/financial details.
